The Russian provisional government wanting a potentially fascist russia, and the Russian royal loyalist wanting to restore the monarchist empire of Russia. **Turkey:** the turkish war of independence shifts towards the favor of turkey, them pushing back france and britain severely and greece also retreating although more slowly **The Netherlands, Denmark, and sweden:** all of these countries are experiencing an economic boom, due to their colonies, and britain and france declining **Finland:** finland stands strong after conquering murmansk and eastern karelia and dropping out of the russian civil war, they search for an alliance with east prussia **Spain:** Spain is doing fairly well, slowly stabilizing, although a group within Spain calls to depose the house of Savoy, in order to replace them with the house of hohenzollern **Portugal:** Portugal clashes in africa with the dutch colony of zuid afrika, the ostafrikanische union, and the German-herero union of southwest Africa over the territories of Zambia, Malawi, and Zimbabwe **<>** **Japan:** Japan is doing quite well, building up ties with the freistaat schantung, and potentially eyeing up french indochina incase France's colonial empire collapses **China:** china is in distress with most of its territory controlled by warlords, the republic of china outraged as the turkestan freedom fighters in the russian civil war unite with Xinjiang **Freistaat schantung:** after gaining independence, the Freistaat schantung is doing quite well, standing richer than the rest of Asia **Republik neu Innsbruck:** after technically gaining independence, the republik neu Innsbruck in northern borneo is still disputed, as britain claims it for its colony of British Malaya, but they simply don't have the army to consolidate their claim **Free Philippines:** The free Philippines struggle to maintain their country, it being prone to collapsed **<>** **Federal german pacific union:** with the British colonial empire weakening, the federal german pacific union sets its sights on southern new Guinea **<>** **USA: **the American civil war rages on with all sides trying to achieve their respective goals. Deutsch Nordamerika, republik ny göteburg, niuw Nederland, the free african American peoples state, and the native American union all looking to secure an independent state for their minority. The re-risen south searches to reinstate slavery and return the confederate states. The state of texas, the state of Alaska, and the Hawaiian kingdom looking for independence as the USA is collapsing anyways. The shining sea workers union is looking to establish a communist state for themselves **Mexico: **Mexico strengthens after their bloody civil war, seeking to become the dominant power in north america, and potentially looking towards invading Texas **<>** tensions between the germanic south American countries (welserland, niew Holland, hanau westindien, patagonisches Königreich) and the Latin South american countries (Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Brazil) rise due to the controversial state of the germanic identity pushed through British propaganda during the great war **<>** **Union des Großkamerun, republic of togoland:** after technically gaining independence after the german empire collapsed, their existence is still disputed as france claims their lands for themselves **Ostafrikanische union, German-herero union of southwest Africa: **after technically gaining independence after the german empire collapsed, their existence is still disputed as the British empire claims their lands for themselves. Their also clashing with eachother and the dutch colony of zuid afrika and Portugal over the territories of Zambia, Malawi, and Zimbabwe **Ethiopia:** with the european colonial presence weakening, Ethiopia ramps up its industrial and military capabilities to potentially capitalize on any revolts that might happen in these colonies **Somaliküste:** the government encourages pirates to ransack English and French supply ships, as it brings more resources to somaliküste which helps build infrastructure and improve quality of life
